Let a and b lines support two perpendicular diameters of a circle of center O and radius 3 cm. M be a point on the circle and M' and M" feet perpendiculars taken from M a and b. Find out segment's length M'M".

Here it is simple to notice that the OM'MM" is a rectangle.
And the diagonals in rectangle have the same length, So though, we have
M'M" = OM = r = 3cm
