Prof that the means of the sides of a rectangle are a diamond.

We can have the figure:
Diamond in a rectangular
Here we can proof that the MNPQ is a parallellogram having MN || PQ and MN = PQ both of them being midle lines in the triangles ABC and ADC.

Further, we have MN || AC || PQ and
MN = PQ = AC / 2
